Who we are

Nezt is operated by Savvy Intentions Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal. We provide a home and community management app for residents, building administrators, and maintenance workers. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at privacy@nezt.app.

What data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you use Nezt: • Full name and email address (required for account creation) • Phone number and WhatsApp number (optional, added in settings) • Your home and community space information • Posts, comments, tasks, and shopping list entries you create • Device push notification tokens (to send you alerts)

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to operate the Nezt app. Specifically: • To create and manage your account • To connect you with your home and community spaces • To send you notifications about activity in your spaces • To allow other members to contact you (only if you choose to share your contact details in settings)

Who can see your data

Your contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email) are only visible to other members of your community if you explicitly enable sharing in your settings. By default they are private. Your name is visible to members of any space you belong to. Posts and comments you create are visible to other members of the same space.

Third-party services

Nezt uses the following third-party services to operate: • Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in EU region) • Vercel — app hosting • Anthropic — AI-powered features We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Posts and comments you created may remain visible to other members in anonymised form.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Object to or restrict processing of your data • Data portability To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@nezt.app. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

Nezt does not use cookies or any tracking technologies for advertising or analytics purposes. We use local storage on your device solely to remember which home space you last accessed.

Children

Nezt is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
