Acceptance

Nezt is operated by Savvy Intentions Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal. By creating an account or using the Nezt app or website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Nezt.

Who can use Nezt

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nezt. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. ⚠ REVIEW (align minimum age with the Privacy Policy and app-store requirements).

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

Nezt has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share or transmit any content that is illegal, harassing, bullying, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, abuse, impersonate or harm other users. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated.

Your content

You are solely responsible for the content you post (posts, comments, tasks, polls, shopping lists and messages). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Nezt the right to host and display it to other members of your spaces so the service can function.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

You can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the app: open any post or comment and choose “Report”, or choose “Block” on a user to stop seeing their content. Reported content is reviewed and we aim to act on valid reports — including removing content and suspending or banning users — within 24 hours. Space administrators can also remove members and delete content within their spaces.

Subscriptions and billing

Nezt offers free and paid plans. Paid plans (for example Household + Maintenance, and community plans) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Paid plans may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews and the applicable fee is charged to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be exclusive or inclusive of VAT/taxes depending on your location and status; applicable taxes are added or included as required by law. ⚠ REVIEW (tax treatment once VAT is configured).

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing section, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by starting a paid service immediately (including a trial that converts) you may be asked to acknowledge that this right can be lost once the service has begun. ⚠ REVIEW (EU consumer withdrawal rights and any required acknowledgements).

Suspension and termination

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app’s settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription for spaces you solely administer.

Disclaimer and liability

Nezt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savvy Intentions Unipessoal Lda is not liable for content posted by users or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. ⚠ REVIEW (liability limits under Portuguese/EU law).

Apple App Store

If you download Nezt from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Savvy Intentions Unipessoal Lda, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple end-user licence agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nezt after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
