How much does Nezt cost for a building?
You pay per property based on the number of units — Starter (2–10 units), Growth (11–50) and Pro (51–200) — never per resident. Individual homes are always free. Every building plan starts with a 30-day free trial: €0 today, no charge until the trial ends.
Do residents have to pay?
No. Residents and household members use Nezt for free. Only the building subscription is paid, and it covers unlimited residents.
How do residents join?
You generate an invite link and QR code for each unit from your dashboard. Residents scan or tap, install the app and request to join — you approve them in one tap.
How do maintenance requests work?
Residents post a request; it lands in your maintenance queue where you assign it to a worker, set a due date and track it to completion. Maintenance workers only see the tasks assigned to them.
How many residents and maintenance workers can I add?
Unlimited residents on every plan, and as many maintenance workers as you need. Plans differ only by the number of units in the property.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — every building plan includes a 30-day free trial. A card is added at signup but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from billing settings.
Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?
